All other TJC management properties that are not listed, would be either rented out or under long term maintenance | renovation.

If a property is currently under lease, but planned to be on the market within the next 60 days, it will be listed here as well.

Key Reminders:

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • Late fees begin after the 5th
  • All maintenance must be submitted in writing
  • Emergency issues should be reported immediately
  • Tenants are responsible for yard up keep (cutting grass, snow and leaf removal)
